The boys in This is England

Here we can see the boys from the film, at first they do look quite vicious, but they erally arent. Yes they do get themselves into trouble sometimes, but not all Skinheads are like this. These boys do just want to be left alone and do their own thing.

Here we can see that a film had been made about Skinheads and their life. In this film we can see the way of life of a Skinhead, and the extremes they would go to.

All the above photos are my inspiration for my final piece, after looking at these coloured smoke pictures i tried to create my own and will be uploading them soon.

Reasons for Choosing the Skinheads

I chose to reaserch into using Skinheads for my A2 Coursework. This was because it would be very interesting to look into the life of a Skinhead. Many people used to think that all Skinheads were trouble makers and non law abiding citizens. This is very stereotypical, there may have been a few incidents were Skinheads have been in trouble with the police, but some people think they are all the same. I could link this point to many other topics, such as; certain football fans, people with a deprived childhood and upbringing and the environment in which someone lives. All these views people may have are stereotypical and may not be correct. I personally know a few Skinheads and they are lovley people, they just have a different liking to fashion and physical appearence.

Once again you can see the tradtional clothing for this group of people. If anyone were to be walking the towards this group they would most likely be very intimidated.

My Photography AS Coursework Final Piece

This project was about the dangers of "Sex, Drugs and Rock 'n' Roll", this specific picture was to do with the drugs side of this, and along with this picture was a small story about her life and why she had resulted to taking drugs.

My Photography AS Exam Final Piece

This photo was created using the spectrum of three different prisms with coloured light rays being directed into them. Once the light rays had entered the prisms we can see that they have been sprayed in all different directions. To create the blurring effect i put a slow shutter spead on and moved the camera a bit. This gives an awesome effect making it look like a disco.
